"TCP Great Asset to our Company"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Being able to use TCP while in the field is great. We have employees that don't come stright to the office but their day does begin outside of the office, so for them to be able to clock in great. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? TimeClock Plus has been easy to use and includes many of the calculation tools I was looking for. We annualize our employment contracts for our 180 day employees and their contract reporting is essential for this to be easy to track. We also have implemented the geofencing options for certain employment groups to clock in and out as needed to offsite locations which has made job tracking and hours easy. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? I like having the ability to adjust the accruals and timeclocks for employees and it's very user friendly. All peramiters are auto sorted and with the limits set is clear how many people can be approved for a given day and who should be denied. Another great feature is the easy viewing of schedules. Wondering if a particular staff is working, within seconds you can see when that individual works and what hours. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The customer service agents are mostly always extremely friendly and quick to help/call back to assist with any issues. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? The problem I have encountered most often while using TCP is that I get different answers that are not necessarily (either) correct from different agents and it leads to confusion. "Good but can be better"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The set up is rough but once you have it how you want it, the system does run pretty smooth. And having assistance by phone is great as I have not had great response by chat. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? The clocks will "go down" occationally which causes employees to panic and blow up my phone/email. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Timeclock plus has an option for everything. It integrates with Skyward to export time and timeoff. We have been using it for a year now and support is always a quick chat or phone call away. Very happy with their service. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? "Time Clock Plus was easy to implement and very user friendly."

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? We love the Contract Module as we have Hourly employees on Annualized Contracts.
