"Over all happy with the software, and still learning"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? I love the how to's, they are super helpful and I also love customer support. I have always been guided to get things done. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? It can be a little confusing at first but over all easy to use. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Love the timesheet option, it saves our employees with bad service to be able to enter their time later.

The integration via API with Oracle HCM is fantastic, and is fantastic the integration with Oracle Time and Labor via APIs as well. very easy to use. so intuitive. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? the application doesn't have the integration via API to get the schedules, it must be via txt file, it would be awesome if they develop this part. "Program is glitchy, but customer support tries hard to help"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? We have less paper to deal with each payroll. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? We have a lot of glitches, and support has been very slow to help, but the support is starting to improve. The program is not user-friendly. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Nice to have everything accessible once logged in. Clear, and easy to navigate. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Have had some technical issues. Updates make it unusable during the length of time of the update. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Maintains accurate attendance records, and time records.

"Excellent Customer Service, Training and Tech Support"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? After initial training, Tech Support has to be my favorite. They are quick to answer and are willing to state they don't know, but will follow up, and they DO follow up! What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? While I understand it, my least favorite part of TCP is that I have to pay for each person that is using the software. It is a per person license fee. "Easy Navigation"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? TCP TimeClock Plus is very easy to navigate. Easy to review punches and PTO hours. It's a huge plus that someone is always available to assist with questions I may have and give a thourough explanation and/or instructions if needed. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? "Overall easy product to use"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The best feature is that it is customizable as group set up but then even better is that it can then be customized down to a single employee. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Wish weeks could close based on payrolls schedule for example if it's a semi-monhtly payroll the week could close on that semi-monthy date instead of weekly date, and wish there was a better audit trail.
