"Over all happy with the software, and still learning"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? I love the how to's, they are super helpful and I also love customer support. I have always been guided to get things done. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? It can be a little confusing at first but over all easy to use. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Love the timesheet option, it saves our employees with bad service to be able to enter their time later.

The integration via API with Oracle HCM is fantastic, and is fantastic the integration with Oracle Time and Labor via APIs as well. very easy to use. so intuitive. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? TCP seems easy to use in many respects. The interface for employees to use to punch in and out is simple and straightforward. It is easy to look up punches and run reports with the employer login. It is also easy to edit punches and update employee information. Setting up new employees is appreciably straightforward. Both employees and managers find the system user friendly and simple to use, without much training or assistance needed. It looks like updated technology, compared to other timekeeping solutions. "Works well for small businesses"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Our Account Manager was able to program the product to meet our needs. They have the ability to turn options on or off to accomodate the user. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? The system is not able to round weekly cummulative hours. It can only round each punch. "TimeClock Plus is a pretty good time keeping system"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? It is pretty user friendly. I like that there is a mobile app that provides ease of access to those not at a desk. When I am stumped on an issue, I like being able to access the knowledge based help guides that include screen shots. When reaching out for help, I love having the chat capability. "Overall easy product to use"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The best feature is that it is customizable as group set up but then even better is that it can then be customized down to a single employee. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Wish weeks could close based on payrolls schedule for example if it's a semi-monhtly payroll the week could close on that semi-monthy date instead of weekly date, and wish there was a better audit trail.
