What do you like best? I oversee a Testing Center at a college and we have a lot of staff . It is so easy to use and staff love the ease of accessing their schedule through the app as well as the notifications of shifts postings and changes What do you dislike? Nothing right now!. It’s been a great experiemce from the beginning and customer service is great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scheduling is so easy.

Simplifies scheduling

What do you like best? I like the different calendar views, gives you a visual on coverage. I like how we can organize employees into different groups but still on same schedule. What do you dislike? Easy and convenient for time clock and scheduling needs

What do you like best? Easy to use from a desktop or phone app. What do you dislike? When staff use the availability option you can't see it the times til you look at their profile. ItGreat Scheduling and Payroll software

What do you like best? VERY intuitive with so many unique functions to help make your life easier. Even down to what day you want your work weeks to start! Love how easy it is to learn and use effectively. What do you dislike? Better app interface. My employees struggle consistently. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reconciling staff budgets with time sheets and payroll has been amazing.

Humanity for humans

What do you like best? The drag & drop features are wonderful for quick actions. The shift trades as well. What do you dislike? I cant see employee view on Mobile app, when trying to view full schedule. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it, you wont regret it! Excellent way to track empoyees

What do you like best? I really like that I can see exactly when an employee clocks in/out. There is never a discrepancy of time. What do you dislike? One thing I have noticed is when an employee requests a shift trade, the system doesn't record the trade after the fact. If I'm off one day and then look to see what an employee did during their shift, the trade symbol will disappear soon after the shift is over. What do you like best? Ease of integration with our CRM. Ability to add multiple positions, and multiple time slots. Access to support if there is ever a question or issue. What do you dislike? Humanity is great. It took us about a month or so though to really understand the complexities of it. Possibly easier tutorials? Mixed Feelings

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to create a reoccurring shift, and enter new employees into system. The shift requests being in order of the shift date is super convenient and helpful. What do you dislike? Adding a shift can be annoying - Should allow us to title while creating the time, rather than having to open it afterwards and edit Title along with staff. Training section isn't very user-friendly when creating modules. What problems are you solving with the product? ...
