"Great people to work with, but it's expensive for what you get."
What do you like best about TargetX? The people working in client support at TargetX are wonderful and will go out of their way to find a solution for your issues (but, unfortunately, once a solution is found company policy often is to provide a support document and leave clients to go to it on their own).

"Easy to use and provides a lot of fexibility with email templates"
What do you like best about TargetX? From a designer's perspective the TargetX email system is really what I have experience using extesnively, and it works really well. We've had a lot of success importing our templates into the system and getting them to work smoothly.

"Streamlined admissions and enrollment"
What do you like best about TargetX? Our communications to applicants are now happening in real time and are relevant to the current situation of that applicant. This has been a huge improvement over our prior system of running snapshot reports from our SIS and then doing blast emails without regard to previous communications that may have been sent.
