Great reporting platform and people

What do you like best? Ria provides responsive and professional customer support. The tech team seems very on top of API integrations and changes, which is what you should worry about when working with a platform that integrates with other services. What do you dislike? Wish some of the premium features were included in standard pricing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Providing agency level reporting at scale.

Easy to use reporting dashboard

What do you like best? I like the ease of use. Very user friendly. Lots of report templates to use. I like that reports can be auto sent to my sales reps so that I don't have to manually pull and then send. All the templates that I put together are helpful. I can have different templates for different advertisers or sales reps so that everyone sees exactly what they want on their reporting every month. What do you dislike? Game Changer

What do you like best? This has GREATLY reduced the time my team spends on reporting. I love how easy it is to use, but i especially love the support I receive from the team. What do you dislike? The smart connectors are a little tough to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The amount of integrations, templates and customizations you can make for these dashboards for clients is worth it. Being able to have everything a client needs for reporting and build it out to be automated, allows for an easier workflow as a team. What do you dislike? What do you like best? TapClicks does a fantastic job at visualising data for our customers. The platform grows with our needs and can pull in almost any dataset we've thrown at it so far.
