I find Tanda remarkably user-friendly for both employers and employees, with a straightforward onboarding process that includes easily available templates to facilitate setup. The customer support team is exceptionally responsive, having swiftly resolved a permission setup issue I encountered. What do you like best about Tanda? I'm most appreciative of Tanda's support - it is responsive and I feel that they go above and beyond to make sure you have the best solution for your business. What do you like best about Tanda? The number of features that can be implemented and used, and being able to consolidate quite a few processes into one system, and the customer support has been great What do you dislike about Tanda? With regards to checklists and audits, contracts and documents, it would be great to be able to have more flexibility in the data and formats that we can use.Also not being able to filter through employees that are no longer active in some reporting

What do you like best about Tanda? I’ve been using Tanda for a bit over a year at one of my hospitality jobs, and it’s the only app that never glitches. Compared to others I’ve tried, Tanda is by far the most reliable! What do you dislike about Tanda? Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. It’s really reliable, maybe just a few small design changes could make it better.

We've been with Tanda since the early days - their third customer actually - and it's been really cool watching them grow and improve into the powerhouse they are today. Our gym managers absolutely love the shift auction feature. Before Tanda, covering sick calls or last-minute gaps was a pain - lots of phone calls, group chats, and manual shuffling. What do you like best about Tanda? All encompassing and easy to use and navigate. It has replaced two other platforms we were using, so saving money and everything is in the one spot. My favorite feature is the geo-location for clock in/out. What do you dislike about Tanda? Staff downloading the app and logging in was a little clunky and they had trouble doing so. Once downloaded there have been no issues.
