Impossivel contactar - suporte inexistente

Uso o talkguest já há alguns anos. Ultimamente tenho tido problemas em activar gestão de canais e muitos dos hóspedes não conseguem introduzir os dados. Tentei contactar a talkguest sem qualquer sucesso. As linhas de telefone puramente não são atendidas.
