"TalkDesk is a intuitive platform to use and can pull a lot of information if needed."

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Pulling reports is the best part. It can show you many numbers based on what you want to look for in a dashboard. If and when there is a problem, TalkDesk is prompt in answering any questions via email.

"Talkdesk - Efficient Tool for Global Ops!"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Talkdesk is highly user-friendly and gives our teams the ability to work all over the world in different time zones. It allows our managers to track and listen back to calls for quality and training purposes and enables us to call international numbers. Talkdesk also gives managers full control and visibility over the entire team and their status' which has been extremely valuable while working remotely.

"How wonderful life is when you have Talkdesk!"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Being able to create my own charts and manage them efficiently together with our workforce team. Our managers are also able to monitor their agent's performance and adherence. We can even pull call recordings for our call review and error validation. We can also check our top call drivers to see what our top 5 inquiries are.
