"Talkdesk is the best phone service I have used"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I have been using Talkdesk for a few years now, and it is by far the best phone service I have used. The interface is intuitive, whether you access it online or through the desktop client. And their customer service is excellent; every time I call or email them, I always receive prompt and helpful assistance. In all my years as a manager, I have never encountered such excellent customer support staff before.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Talkdesk's configuration interface is straightforward, making the creation of complex IVR flows a joy. Integrating with our customer relationship management system and other back-end databases is simple, making it clear to generate insightful analytics reports.
