What do you like best about Talkdesk? The best thing about Talkdesk is seeing the big picture regarding reporting. We have accurate call volume data for all lines, which helps us determine who on the team is occupied and who could benefit from additional assistance. The recordings are also beneficial because we can identify when a customer isn't providing us with the whole story or is unclear, so we can then clarify the situation. Hence, there is a common understanding moving forward.
