Freundliche Mitarbeiter, die einem bei Fragen helfen und gute, ausführliche Interviews durchführen. Alle Vorschläge waren sinnvoll und haben grundsätzlich gepasst.Verbesserungsvorschlag: Dokumentation über Absprachen und Kontakte gern auch übersichtlich per Mail verschicken. Nachfragen zu spontanen Telefonaten sind nachvollziehbar, aber dennoch etwas zu nachdrücklich.
