I honestly really like talech
I honestly really like talech, but I do think they have small bugs in their system that make things really a pain to work on. But..the service techs are very willing to help get things figured out and I feel they are committed to resolving customer issues.

So sad
I tried for a long time to get my problem resolved then when I went to return merchandise I bought you said it was more than time allowed. You supposedly tried everything and to no avail. I am so disappointed, I was a long time customer and the first problem ended our relationship and nobody has even reached out to see why. Only a generated e mail....so sad
