Nothing but a nightmare!!!
With the partnership between Talech and Elavon, there were so many issues technically and customer service wise that we had continuous problems for a year until we literally stopped trying. May times both companies were contacted about several issues and it was a nightmare. One side did not know what the other side did, who could help and we also received incorrect information from one employee that another corrected and back and forth. All I’ve had trouble is with your equipment going bad on a regular basis and nobody helping me or replacing or charging me to replace equipment I just get in within weeks it’s ridiculous what I’ve been going through
