All I’ve had trouble is with your equipment going bad on a regular basis and nobody helping me or replacing or charging me to replace equipment I just get in within weeks it’s ridiculous what I’ve been going through

Nothing but a nightmare!!!
With the partnership between Talech and Elavon, there were so many issues technically and customer service wise that we had continuous problems for a year until we literally stopped trying. May times both companies were contacted about several issues and it was a nightmare. One side did not know what the other side did, who could help and we also received incorrect information from one employee that another corrected and back and forth.
