No refund given for service not provided!
I paid $199 for the BOI filing and recently found out that it is also included with 1800Accountant as part of their service (a partner of Tailor Brand). Tailor Brand refused to reimburse me the $199, even though they did absolutely nothing for me. I have only been with them for a little over a month.
