Don't use a service that won't care about you.
I started a subscription with them and ended up not using a lot of the services. I forgot to cancel it and was charged the following year. There were known emails sent before the charge. I asked for a refund, which they did not give me. I asked my account to be deleted and forgot about it. Never visited the site for the past 1+ year. I have just been charged again, and "there is nothing they can do." They
