I paid for a 2-year subscription for a domain in 2023. my customers have been telling me that my website is inactive. When I called Tailor Brands to see what the issue was, they stated that I requested to cancel the subscription and they money I paid was refunded to the card used to purchase service. I contacted the bank and the only activity I had involving Tailor Brands was the payment I paid. The representative I spoke to was very rude and did nothing to assist me with getting my refund. ...
