This was without a doubt. the worst support I have ever received. It started with me beginning to fill out the LLC application. During the process, the wizard would not allow me to enter the information for my third party registered agent service, which I had already paid for. When I asked for a refund, they refused and stated that they were already “processing” my incomplete application that I hadn’t even submitted yet. They offered to provide the Tailor Brands registered agent service ...

Go to your local tax service providers to form your llc save yourself the time, money, and headaches, it's been over 2 weeks and my llc still hasn't formed, the ai bot is literally stupid when trying to get your answers questioned i literally think somethings wrong with it, and customer service takes long to answer your calls.
