Then they call me and walk me through the process explaining how I need this and that. After hanging up I felt uncomfortable so I called back in and told them I wanted a refund (less than 30 minutes) and was told the application had “already been submitted” “on a Saturday?” Not sure what government organization is open on a Saturday. scammers with no customer support

They LLC registration does not work for foreigners. Which is opposite to what they have stated. It's been already 6 days how they "doing" something in their end to fix that. Zero communication. Service is not delivered - but refund is impossible lol. Literally worst customer experience I've ever received, they simply don't give a f about you. Every time you'll send 10 messages to them trying to get the answer, you'll receive the same template "we're so sorry" without actual answer to ...
