Outrageous Hidden Charges

I won't touch this business with a 10-foot pole. I paid the $199 initial charge for an LLC to be established in Kentucky. They gave me all the associated charges and made me believe that was all I had to pay. My team and I believed it was a fair price, and we decided to proceed, only to be asked to pay a $99/month fee for a virtual office in Kentucky. I immediately called one of their support staff to protest the hidden charge, and she assured me of a refund the next day. I called the ...

Horrible

Horrible! Very expensive and full of additional fees. They make you think that their service is all inclusive but it is not. The fees are for "farming" out your needs to 3rd parties. Then they want you to pay more fees. Misleading sales representative

I mentioned to the representative that my budget was $550 and after they assured me I was getting additional costs waived, my total at the end of all the steps was approximately $1200! The representative also asked me for a five star review after I mentioned how overwhelmed I was paying a series of additional $199, $99, $320, $29 for “necessary value adds” within the “$0 Lite” plan. I have requested a refund.
