It's a scam. Report them with the FBI, FTC, and Homeland security. Check your bank accounts for GOOGLE TIK TOK. It's them as well. They won't refund even they know they owe you one. They double charge on subscriptions on purpose then gaslight you and say you ordered it, forgetting that they sent a email saying its illegal to not have one while you have the free one. We all had the free subscription. That's overcharging. Illegal. You can't legally explain that to a lawyer that it's right. ...

I usually purchase my emails with my domain from Domain.com but when I found this new company I thought the all in one would be great, NO BIG MISTAKE -- they will hijack your account, then when you call no one knows anything. They cant transfer and tech support can only be reached via email and they only respond once within 26 hours. There is not resolution team with this company. Ive been business owner for over 10 years in the tax industry, I have never not been able to access my software ...
