This company take your money without consent and refuse to refund
This company have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have had £62.76 taken from me without consent from my business. I was then promised this would be resolved and after weeks of back and forth over email I am still without that refund. In fact they cancelled my subscription and said this was the solution so I am now without my money or the subscription. Stay well away from this business!As for the reply below we have been trying to solve this issue for 3 weeks over email ...

Limited to no communication
We used this company to develop our logos. While the automated logo generator was pretty easy to use to get a logo, it is limited in its ability to correct the logo. Minor mistakes could not be fixed because the program hadn't been adjusted for it. In our case, one of the logo letters was lower cased even though we capitalized it when typing. We couldn't fix it because the program would not correct it and there was no one to actually speak to at tailor brands to correct the mistake. This ...
