Still no resolution...

On January 5th I ordered the BOI report...I heard nothing and assumed it had been completed. On February 22nd I received an email stating: Before we can move forward and file your BOI report, you must complete the required questionnaire and a link to do so. When I clicked the link I go this message "Website Suspicious" and did not proceed but immediately sent an email about that and requested an alternative.
