Easy Process

Like the ease of the process. Not so much all the upsales after the initial purchase necessary to guarantee services thought to be included in it. Purchase structure needs revised to include up front price transparency. As it is, it's one of those sites that once you're in for a penny you're in for a pound. But then, as another saying goes, you get what you pay for. So, given that as a maxum, I expect that all paid services will be competently provided.
