Melanie: I felt like she was lacking information and was just reading a script. She tried to forced me to purchase additional products that are free in my state. As if taking almost a grand wasn't enough. Be smart and don't say yes to everything....you probably can do it for free on your own. Also, very pushy when I said I had my own cpa...still just trying to make me purchase more products. Elite plan may not be worth it after all

Bad service and ugly method of exploitation. Charge a fee without authorization and then refuse to make a refund, then don't answer and don't come back. Charge a fee for a renewable subscription that you did not approve, do not send a notification before nor after, do not send payment confirmations and receipts to email. Hope you don't notice that they charged you $300. My luck is that I received an sms from the credit card company that a purchase was made in my name without authorization. ...
