"Not User Friendly"
What do you like best about SYSPRO? The fact that you can export any table to excel with a simple click. It's quite useful to have it, especially when validating information from different sources.

Ideal for client server
PROS: We installed Syspro on Windows server and everything runs smoothly. It is easy to set up as a private cloud, something that'll probably take more complex steps with more robust ERP systems. Hosting it gives us better control over network traffic and allows a seamless integration with our SQL data. Generally, we don't have any issue with Syspro in our client server.

"Powerful ERP and CRM software"
What do you like best about SYSPRO? Powerful search and custom views in CRM module; easy to filter and isolate lots of data, which is accessible to users that do not have experience with database software

Does the job well
PROS: From inventory monitoring to issuing invoices, SYSPRO has done a really good job at helping me stay on top of my business. I 'm currently studying the ins and outs of its more advanced uses so I can fully utilize this tool.

"ERP that combine's functionality with ease of use, for a reasonable cost."
What do you like best about SYSPRO? The ease of use, especially for new users, is excellent. No prior ERP experience is needed to be able to access menus and submenus with ease. Very logical in its workflow. It allows us to properly plan our supply chain management, from originating orders through the shipping and warehousing stages to the accounting processes in one all-inclusive system. The ability to customize reports for specific users only

"Great ERP, not enough talent pool in the US to support it"
What do you like best about SYSPRO? The user interface is straightforward, the setup is simple and it is easy to scale up. Accessing the complete database through SQL is also a great advantage. The application is fast and responsive and has the right amount of prompts and control for end-users. The data is easy to back up and port. Training for new users is easy.

"This is not the most user friendly system to navigate"
What do you like best about SYSPRO? It is easy to input information when entering an order. I also like that you can copy the bill and sell to address so you don't have to write it out twice.
