"My experience using Sysaid"
What do you like best about SysAid? The ease of use and the option available for self-service passwords is a features that I appreciate. Being able to receive notifications via email of the changes in the ticket sent and follow up on them is something that adds value to the product.

What do you like best about SysAid? I like how customizable this tool can be. I was able to configure the Routing and Escalation rules to automatically assign tickets to the correct tech.
