What do you like best? SysAid's implementation team is really knowledgeable of the tool. Working with them was really smooth and they even went the extra mile on some of our requests. Their customer and technical support was really knowledgeable on the product too. Most of them are in Europe so time difference is not much of a challenge. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Service Desk and Tracking. Good software to manage all of IT. We are able to track what IT Does in one program.
