What do you like best? We have been using for 5+ years, the application is very user friendly which makes it easy for our staff to input service requests. It is reliable. A user friendly interface for effective communication

What do you like best? One of the upsides I have found most useful is the Helpdesk tab that allows me to search for previously closed tickets in which other process managers have dealt with similar situations. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything I have disliked using SysAid. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Problems I am solving through SysAid has been locating and keeping up with equipment inventory for our organization.

Modern, functional and intuitive.

What do you like best? I really like how freedom we have to customize the interfaces for both end users and admins. What do you dislike? It sometimes feels cluttered. I don't know that there is truly a way to fix that though. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take some time to go through all the admin tools and all the setup options. Help Desk & Asset Management Software that is IT friendly

What do you like best? Easy setup, you will be running a couple of hours after initial install. What do you dislike? Agent installation can be a challenge, but once you install it to all the workstations, everything just snaps in place. Excellent implementation and support teams

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? SysAid's implementation team knew what they were doing. We didn't run into any problems during the process. As of now, we have no issues with the system. In fact, we are highly satisfied with it, especially with the patch management module that addresses recurring bugs. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? SysAid is an incredibly user-friendly platform to the point that we did not request assistance from the support team in implementing the solution. It has been helpful in the resolution of issues since every user is now able to make reports/lodge tickets. Our service desk does not have to take phone calls frequently because of this.
