What do you like best? Simple user interface and customised e-mail notifications allow our user to easily log calls and for us to work to resolve them. What do you like best? It is an easy to use tool, easy to teach other coworkers. When creating tickets everything is very easy, the detail that can be given for them is very useful. For the attached files. Notifications are very helpful for one to notice when something is happening and to be aware of it. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Support user requirements easy and fast, we don't have to create user by user thanks to the integration that has with O365 . What do you dislike? What do you like best? SysAid works really well, they have updates with meaningful feature additions and rarely does anything break with an update.
