Top Notch!

What do you like best? Amazing team and customer care! They also provide great training. The platform is easy to use. It has the content grader so you know if your content is complete before trying to send to anyone. They provide on site training on a quarterly basis and really cater to your needs. Syndigo ..... Single Platform Finally Here!

What do you like best? Syndigo has created a single platform for Enterprise Content Management to allow my organization Capture, Create, and Consume Data. What do you dislike? Havent seen any dislikes in CXH yet. As allows us to bring together FSEnet+, Gladson, & Web Collage. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A central repository for inbound and outbound trading partners data needs. GDSN, CPG, & Retailer specific attributes.

What do you like best? Great website that helps our distributor track their items that they purchase through our company. What do you dislike? Hard to understand at first but they do have great customer service to assist. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Use of tracking our items that are sold through our customer.

Edgenet does the job

What do you like best? Easy to import new products with a retail partner or several. What do you dislike? Price, the cost is more likely for retailers with a large product line. We are a smaller retailer so the cost isn't beneficial for us. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Adding new products to current or new retailers is easy, seamless.

What do you like best? The Edgenet team is truly a collaborative business partner and LISTENS to its" customers. Edgenet as an organization is customer centric - support is top notch. Easy, customer-centric platform to manage data

What do you like best? Most online data aggregators push requirements out from distribution/retail without concern for the downstream affects on manufacturers. Edgenet is always cognizant of how changes affect vendors and works with them to manage the process. What do you dislike? Need more distributors and access to Home Depot.
