Good feature set and a fair price

What do you like best? My favorite feature is the customer portal, which uses a token-based rather than login-based system. This token-based systems means that you can share any item or group of items with anyone - a single invoice, a single asset and its related data, a single job site, an entire customer, etc. What do you dislike?
