What do you like best? I love that it's constantly working in the background, meaning you wouldn't even notice it's there, unless something gets scanned. What do you like best? ePolicy Orchestrator's interface was simple and easy to use. Documentation is thorough. What do you dislike? Documentation is not visual, which means that steps that could be explained with a picture are more lengthily explained with description. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Phone and online support have been very prompt, so I haven't lost a lot of time waiting on hold.
