Never transact with Swyftfilings
I am very disappointed with Swyftfilings. They never disclose the whole process of DBA Filing. They won't allow you to cancel your order without charging you more. I paid a 100 bucks but they will charge you $50 bucks if you cancel the order. I am now filing a complaint against this company with my bank and with Visa.

Told me I was contractually obligate to pay my subscription. Liars.
Lost my health and had to close my "company" before it even got off the ground. I had signed up for Swyft Filings agent subscription where they charge you every 3 months. After the first charge and having the company stood up, I informed them I was closing and they were not authorized to charge my card anymore. The chuckleheads I talked to kept telling me that it was a subscription and I had to contact the state to stop the business. I told them I understood that but that doesn't mean they ...
