I contacted customer service to have to cancel a duplicate filing

I contacted customer service to have a filing canceled and a refund. I'm not sure how it happened but it was my fault I called and picked the option to have someone call me back. I got a callback but did not hear my phone answer it. Before giving customer service a callback, I checked my email and receive an email from Neysa letting me know that she canceled the second filing and sent a refund. I mean, wow. Neysa made it super easy, saw the issue, and took care of it.
