I first tried this company out in March 2023 to handle changing my entity from an LLC to a Corp. They miserably failed - it was just a Conversion, and they kept making the most ridiculous mistakes. I had them refund my money and made intentions to get it done. Fast forward months later, I still hadn't completed the task - I was busy working on my business - but I received another solicitation from them stating they could process business conversions. This company is a scam. Deal with it at your own risk. When you add a card to your account, they are quick to charge you. They will entice you into extra charges and when you cancel, they will still deduct from your card. You will also fail to remove your card from their system once you notice the charges. The Billing Department is very professionally run. Today, I was very pleased to receive an extension on my Trial Subscriptions. Plus, they completed another charge for me for my State Registered Agent. They answered all my questions. they took extra $149 for no reason

Order ID #3523095 They took extra $149 for no reason. we asked them several times to cancel before the trial period and they did not. The system is designed to steal money from customers.
