What do you like best about Swoogo? The overall layout of the website makes it easier to navigate. Each tab is pretty self-explanatory, and I appreciate the training provided prior to creating a live event. I also appreciated the option to clone events - very time manageable.

What do you like best about Swoogo? Swoogo is an easy-to-use for event registration, tracking, and reporting. Their support/customer service is AMAZING. (Morgan H. is the best!!) As new user to the tool, their knowledge, including best practices and helpful attitudes, has made the learning process easy.

What do you like best about Swoogo? I love everything about the Swoogo registration platform. It has every feature/functionality that you could ever need. There is so much built into this platform, and it's laid out in the most logical and intuitive way. It's very user-friendly and easy to learn.

What do you like best about Swoogo? I love being able to enter information in one place for my sessions, speakers, etc, which can then be used on my website, reg form, and the app. Building forms and web pages is a drag & drop method, with everything customizable so I can make it look the way I want. Tools and widgets are intuitive and easy to use, and when I have questions, Swoogo's response time on service tickets is excellent.

What do you like best about Swoogo? We love the customizable website for all of your registration landing pages and are excited to start using the Call for Speakers new feature this year! I also like the ability to use multiple zoom accounts at once to host online concurrent sessions. The templates for the emails are fantastic and easy to use. We use the communicate tab quite a bit and appreciate the mail merge capacities and automatic emails you can send to targeted audiences.

What do you like best about Swoogo? Managing registration for over 7,000 attendees in 11 US cities on the same day is complicated! Swoogo made it a breeze! The conditional logic makes it easy to navigate corporate versus public registrants and custom questions for certain groups. The reporting system is amazing! No more downloading huge spreadsheets and manually collating reports. I create the report once, send the link to the sponsor, and...done!

What do you like best about Swoogo? The Swoogo event dashboard was built for the modern event planner. The tools work together and are cohesive. It is both super intuitive as well as flexible. The customer service and price point are both also second to none.

What do you like best about Swoogo? What I love best about Swoogo is the Tech Support. They are so on top of it. Within 10 - 15 min (or sooner), someone has reached out. The videos they make show me what I should be doing and are great. They jump on a call if needed. More organizations should study Swoogo tech support!
