Easy to hook up and use

What do you like best? Swiftype is easy to configure - especially setting up the crawl. The Swiftype people are responsive and easy to work with as well. What do you dislike? There should be an easier way to search secure intranet sites. That will take a lot more work What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We replaced the now defunct Google Cloud search. Good alternative.

What do you like best? We really enjoy the developer API and the ability to customize our integration. API Documentation is very good. Support is very helpful, knowledgeable and fast! What do you dislike? Not much, all works well. The only wishlist item would be better analytics, but not bad. Easy to use

What do you like best? It's quick and easy to customized. I like that any change or preferences I make is instantly reflected. What do you dislike? I wish it was initiative, like misspelled words could be matched automatically to something similar. Keeping up with synonyms is impossible, since people spell things in so many ways. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What people are looking for, and how they misspell things.

Simple and Intuitive Replacement for Google Search

What do you like best? The coding was simple and integrated into our site flawlessly. The search functions offers greater capability than we had with Google Search and delivers useful analytics. What do you like best? I loved the flexibility Swiftype allows developers to add-in Swiftype meta tags for crawling site giving us full control to say what to crawl and what shouldn't be crawled by various levels.
