Amazing site search tool
What do you like best? This is a software that is easy to setup,user friendly and a powerfully app that you can also manage multiple websites with. It has good support integration and a flexible management dashboard to tweak all in one place. A great search engine.
What do you like best? We have introduced Swiftype on around two dozen of our web properties and preferred the authoritative offices. Nobody in my organization had any past involvement with including a custom internet searcher and with Swiftype we were fully operational in 24 hours. What do you dislike? Given that making the right arrangement of list items is the essential capacity of this sort of item, this defect implies that Swiftype is unusable. Overall its great products. ...

What do you like best? Ease of use of the interface. It was easy to get up to speed quickly. What do you dislike? You have to re index sometimes to refresh What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Internal text search and search result tuning.

Easy to customize
What do you like best? I love being able to log in and customize search results for my users. What do you dislike? Sometimes my synonym sets don't save correctly and I have to make them twice. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Before Swiftype, I was relying on Google to power my search, with left me with very little control over updating searches as I rearranged content. Now, I feel like I'm in control of what my users find.

SwifType search results are incorrect
What do you like best? We have installed Swiftype on about two dozen of our web properties and liked the administrative facilities. What do you dislike? Unfortunately, and this is VERY SERIOUS, we have noticed that the search results returned by Switftype are incorrect. Some of the results that it SHOULD BE including for a given user keyword request are NOT included and some of the results that it IS including DO NOT match the keyword request.
