What do you like best? I like that I can manage multiple sites. I like that I can control the results on searches. What do you dislike? It is a little glittchy. I can't click the back button when I am in result ranking or synonyms. Sometimes when I click the link to view a item and go back my results ranking goes back to its original state. This erases my progress sometimes even when I hit refresh. I also cannot find items that I know are on the website but are not on swiftype. ...

What do you like best? Coming across Swiftype at the beginning of learning how to code made the fact that it was easy to get up and running my favorite part. What do you dislike? Non-tech related, I do feel that the cost per month, for our site, is a little steep. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to see what people are searching for helps us to make sure we are focusing on the correct content to engage our users.
