What do you like best? Auto complete search feature is great for user experience. Easy to implement What do you dislike? The search result doesn't use meta tag or info from Yoast SEO(wordpress site). Google search result does. Especially for landing pages, archive pages, the description could become a mess with copy from the body. What problems are you solving with the product? wonderful replacement of google, should have done sooner
What do you like best? ability to manage results and know what is being clicked What do you dislike? inability to finesse formatting of display (currently cannot add line break after URL) What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The weekly analytics report is great. Knowing exactly what people are searching for and matching that with what we offer helps us provide a better service. What do you dislike? We still haven't fully implemented the software to see what we dislike but in the coming weeks we will be more hands on. What problems are you solving with the product? A Honest Review on Swiftype
What do you like best? I like that I can manage multiple sites. I like that I can control the results on searches. What do you dislike? It is a little glittchy. I can't click the back button when I am in result ranking or synonyms. Sometimes when I click the link to view a item and go back my results ranking goes back to its original state. This erases my progress sometimes even when I hit refresh. I also cannot find items that I know are on the website but are not on swiftype. ...

Crawling multiple sites to generate a single search engine for our site
What do you like best? Support from swiftype has been great. API is decent too What do you dislike? It isn't built exactly for our use case which presents some challenges. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are aggregating data into a single search engine. We are still in development.
