What do you like best about Swarmia? Swarmia is a great tool to replace the gut feeling in discussions about developer prodcutivity with actual data. It also helps teams to define their working standards and discuss violoations of those standards based on concrete examples.

What do you like best about Swarmia? Configuration was quick and painless, and almost everything worked out of the box with our existing tooling (Linear + GitHub). Overall, Swarmia has provided us with many valuable insights with very little overhead or friction.

In some cases, it serves as a validation that what the team planned and promised to delivered, was actually the top focus of the team in terms of developement activites.

What do you like best about Swarmia? Swarmia is great at providing a general overview of how engineering teams are doing, both individually as well as on a collective level. It's lightweight and intuitive interface makes it easy to understand and learn to work with. Aside from that my team has found Swarmia's notifications and the information they provide extremely helpful.
