What do you like best about Swarmia? We are used to work as individuals and in short-term it might be efficient to take and proceed with individual tasks. Swarmia uses GitHub and Jira -data to give team insights about their performance BUT it also visualizes how team is working. It can highlight, that team is not actually work as a team, but as a group of individuals. It guides teams to better collaboration and Working agreements.
