What do you like best about Swarmia? Swarmia helps bring visibility to where the teams efforts are channelled over time. For our team, we can jointly see where we're doing well and what is slowing us down. Insights help us monitor over time how we're improving on key metrics important to the team. In multiteam, multirepo environment it's essential have team level visibility on the performance of a single team.

What do you like best about Swarmia? The lack of visibility was making it difficult to recognize process bottlenecks and possible improvement areas and every team used a different there was no consistency between the teams. Swarmia really helped us to consolidate the way we look at data letting us collect DORA metrics and the SPACE framework.
