"Great tool for engineering leaders to get a birds eye view on what's happening in the organisation"
What do you like best about Swarmia? Having data on what we're working on, how's the flow, the bottlenecks and so on. It's great to have data on this, as often people might have various gut feelings about things, but also often the gut feeling is wrong. Also, the Slack-bot that integrates with Github and alerts only on relevant things (but all the relevant things) is amazing.

"Developers best friend"
What do you like best about Swarmia? Clear dashboards for understanding the real time usage of different PRs / tickets. ++ from developers perspective is the slack bot which makes it super easy to get notifications on your reviews and review requests etc.

"Swarmia brings GitHub and JIRA information together to provide transparency over team's progress"
What do you like best about Swarmia? Smarmia's Slack notifications have made it easy to keep track of open pull requests and comments. Usually, pull request communication is very asynchronous, so Swarmia’s bot helps team members stay focused and make progress faster.

"Useful tool for making sure code reviews are not blocking the progress"
What do you like best about Swarmia? From a developer's point of view, the Slack notifications are the best feature: I get notified immediately when I get a review or when someone requests a review from me.

"Nice, useful but not a must have"
What do you like best about Swarmia? As a team lead of a cross-functional team working on multiple repositories, the pull request view gives me a good overview of what's going on in the team - it's the view that I use the most. The Slack integration is great. It pings me when there is something for me to do on Github, but it doesn't spam me like Github's emails.

"Adds some missing functionality on top of github; could do better"
What do you like best about Swarmia? Modern UI; good worklog view visualizing what the whole team is doing. Working agreements are a great concept. Slack notifications are significantly better than what github offers.

"Full transparency on all the relevant engineering metrics you need to increase team efficiency"
What do you like best about Swarmia? What I like most is the fact that the teams can create their working agreements and can follow up on these continuously. The whole process integrates seamlessly in our existing toolchain with JIRA and Github.
