What do you like best about Swarmia? The way Swarmia's built is transparent to all individuals involved. It allows engineers to see how well they perform, encourages better code reviews, and has opened the doors for our Technical Leads/Directors to have positive conversations with direct reports through the use of this data.

What do you like best about Swarmia? In particular, it improves the workflow for PR reviews dramatically. I get instant notifications when I need to review some PR so I can act quickly. The dashboard also includes very useful information on how we are managing our projects. I really like the tool and I think it was a nice discovery.

What do you like best about Swarmia? Swarmia generates an overview of the open pull requests to slack every day. The pull request overview helps the team stay focused and close the open pull requests without developers repeatedly asking their colleagues to check a pull request. Personally I also like to see the cycle time and other development health metrics.

What do you like best about Swarmia? I especially love the Slackbot integration to GitHub. It gives me the certainty that I'm always up-to-date on anything that is going on in my PRs (approvals, change requests, comments, arguments, etc), which makes sure that I'm not slowing my team's progress by being the slow one to comment or review.

What do you like best about Swarmia? Swarmia taps into our toolchain - like Slack, JIRA, GitHub - and provides actionable insights for our teams. The combination of nudges through Slack to help pay attention to outliers in the daily work and some killer analytics features, like showing time investment into different stories on a calendar, really help carve out the inefficacies.
