It's usually REALLY good
It's usually REALLY good. There are sometimes problems with the partners like Peanut Surveys with wonky surveys, but Gold Surveys from Swagbucks itself, the deals from coupons, the Swagbucks Live game, and the videos all work great. Plus best of all, Swagbucks does keep a close eye on the errors and fixes them as fast as they can. Definitely one of the better survey sites out there today and I love using it. I've gotten friends and family to use it too and they have nothing but praise as well.

SCAM!!!!
get half way through survey and it stops, im answering questions for nothing its a complete scam, ul just be wasting your time!!!!i doubt any of these 5 star ratings are even legit, best advice is to just stay away..

Over 9/10 of the cashback,offers and tasks I completed, I did not receive credit for. If you complete a task on the "board", you have to contact one person. If you are requesting an investigation, you have to submit an individual request for each task,offer,etc. After 60 days I received credit for 3 items. Mind you I joined everything from Home Chef to Walmart to BoxyCharm, etc. over 30 offers and got credit for 3. The consumer should not have to keep track of it nor have to go through the ...

Could be better - needs improvement
My friend recommended this site for cashback. My experience so far is mixed. It seems to be a hit and miss when your cash back is tracked. Sometimes the cashback will show up right away and other times it may never show up or take a month. Other sites tend to be more instant. I don't take the offers or surveys on the site so can't comment on that. Overall the site is just ok and it takes awhile to hear back from customer service.
