Closed my account with over £50 cashback outstanding
I didn't answer surveys instead I got the cashback from shopping. When I had over £50 of points they closed my account, keeping the money...so they dont have the excuse (as they commonly use to take others' money) by saying that I didn't complete surveys correctly, my £50 was from shopping and included £40 cashback from William hill bookmaker.So in my opinion they are totally untrustworthy, and they dont contact you to explain the closure, or respond to my emails.I dont even believe the 5 ...

They deactivated my account
They deactivated my account without telling me, I contacted customer support, they weren’t helpful, didn’t give me a reason why and just told me that they won’t look into it and they said that’s the final decision and my account is completely gone. I’m a broke student who lost their job with covid and spent long saving up points for it to be taken away and they don’t even care. I followed all the rules as well

Most bad survey site
Most bad survey site. Within a week my account is deactivated immediately after payout my money of £15 pound that are stuck in my account after deactivating. In starting this show that you are providing inconsistent answer so you are not able to do our surveys and when I asked the reason or answer that I do wrong then they deactivate my account and not transfer my money.So guys it’s better to go with other genuine survey site not for Swagbucks. I even don’t want to give one star.

Für mich war es eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung. Innerhalb der ersten Woche habe ich gerade mal $3 verdient und da ist $1 an diversen Neukunden-Bonus schon mit drin, trotzdem hatte ich 3 Fälle wo ich ein Ticket eröffnen musste weil die Bezahlung für Irgendwas nicht bei mir ankam. In allen Fällen hat der Support die Bezahlung nachgereicht, aber nach dem dritten Ticket haben sie mir mein Konto gesperrt und verlangt ich müsse zuerst eine Kopie von meinem Ausweis raufladen bevor sie es wieder ...
