Banned for no reason at all.
Swagbucks banned for no reason at all. I haven't gone against any TOS. I'll update once I get further information.

Tracking funktioniert nicht - Kundenservice auch nicht
Habe im letzten Jahr mehrfach Lotto. de über Swagbucks genutzt. Das Tracking hat nie geklappt. Egal, ob von der Swagbucks Seite oder über deren Swagbutton. Egal wie oft man die Anzeige erhält, dass "aktiviert" sei, letztlich wird nichts getrackt.Merkt man das und meldet es dem Kundenservice, wird mit einer monatelangen Wartezeit vertröstet. Angeblich würde es so lange dauern. Meldet man sich dann wieder und gibt sämtliche Daten neu an, bekommt man eine nette Mail, dass es bearbeitet wird. ...

Completely misleading and fraudulent offers. This company simply steals the hard work and efforts of the users who try to earn some points and redeem it in a reward form.But swagbucks simply misleading any of that they claim. Disgusting.

Apart from how long it takes for redeemed rewards to verify, Swagbucks is a solid way for people to make a little extra "side hustle" money from various surveys and special offers. Like any other survey platform, the main issue is with the market research companies providing the surveys--disqualifications, errors, etc. are almost always on their end. Swagbucks' customer service is hit-or-miss when it comes to resolving issues.
