Awful Customer Service
Initially, Swagbucks proved to be great. I managed to complete tasks and was able to redeem a gift card as a reward. I have had several issues on the site lately and have raised 3 “support tickets” with customer services now.Ticket 1 - ticket closed without any correspondence from Swagbucks, no resolution.Ticket 2 - ticket closed without any correspondence from Swagbucks, no resolution. I feel like with how Swagbucks has…
I feel like with how Swagbucks has become it is even more of a grind than it has been in the past. Meaning you need to sink more time into it. It becomes to a point where there is no reason to sink time in. If the points are not better the goal has to be lower so average casual users can use it without having to worry.Keeping daily goals 30 always should be the glow. Then just make a bonus goal that can be random.
